Booking Criteria:

  • Airport Parking Spaces is not responsible for any mistake in the contact number or email address you provided at the booking time. So, double-check all the necessary information when confirming your booking with us.
  • Once you’ve booked our airport parking service, you’ll receive a confirmation email instantly. In case you don’t receive our confirmation email, you shall contact us straight away.
  • You are eligible to cancel your booking with a refund until 48 hours are left from your drop-off time. Airport Parking Spaces will not be responsible for refunds if you don’t show up or cancel the booking when less than 48 hours remain until your drop-off time.
  • It’s mandatory to have proof of your booking, i.e. a print or soft copy of the confirmation email, with you so that our chauffeur can verify your booking with Airport Parking Spaces when you drop off your car.
  • We’ll be accountable for negligence on our part. However, no allegation will be held liable if your vehicle has left the car park or the terminal.
  • You shall be completely aware of the directions to the car park. Our team will not be responsible for assisting you in this regard.
  • You shall have your credit card with you when required. ( For instance, when the car park’s exit and entry are synced with credit cards.)

Complaints Procedure:

  • In case you experience any difficulty or problem during the provision of our services, feel free to contact us right away. We encourage you to provide nitty-gritty details regarding the problem you encountered so that our team can sort it out in the best way possible.
  • However, try to communicate the problem with the service provider on-spot so that we can resolve it at once.
  • If you want to address an issue after the provision of our service, you can file a complaint with all the details in it through our website. Our team will get back to it as soon as possible within an expected timeframe of ten days.
  • The complaints shall be filed within 24 hours of your pick-up time. Airport Parking Spaces will not entertain any complaint filed after that time.
  • Our team of professionals will not be accountable for defective car keys or alarm fobs. You must ensure the delivery of accurate instructions, keys, and alarm fobs to our service provider.
  • Airport Parking Spaces is not accountable for any breach in the electrical, mechanical, or physical part of your vehicle.
  • Any harm to your vehicle that has been caused after it has left the parking premises will not be the responsibility of our service providers.
  • You shall also make sure that your vehicle is in a roadworthy condition. Otherwise, we will neither be obliged for the provision of our services nor any refund.
  • We neither take responsibility for any belongings that’ll be left in your vehicle, nor do we take responsibility for protecting your vehicle while it’s in the car parking premises, until or unless it’s the fault of our service provider.
  • You shall take into account and abide by the terms and conditions of individual car parks as well.

Cancellation Criteria:

  • You can cancel your booking until 48 hours are left from your drop-off time. If cancellation occurs when the remaining time frame is less than 48 hours, we’ll not be responsible for any refund.
  • Cancellation of your booking must be made by contacting us directly through our website.
  • Our team will respond to your cancellation request during business hours only. If a cancellation is made outside business hours, you’ll receive our response on the following business day.
  • We’ll deduct booking and SMS charges from the refund. On top of that, we’ll also deduct cancellation coverage (if any).
  • You are not entitled for a refund if you don't show up at the terminal or car park.
  • Cancellations are not applicable on non-flexible parking packages.
  • In case you rebook our services after cancellation and decide to make a cancellation once again, then you’ll not be eligible for a refund.
  • Modifications in your booking can be done on a 24-hour notice only. Such modified bookings will not receive any refund upon cancellation.

Our Liability:

  • Our terms and conditions are applicable to the bookings that have been made directly through our website. If you have made any booking through a third-party website, you have to abide by the terms and conditions of that website.
  • Airport Parking Spaces only connects the customers with a service provider, which indicates that we have no direct association with the car parks themselves. So, our customers have to ensure guaranteed compliance with the terms and conditions of the service providers.
  • As we only act as a medium of connection between service providers and customers, our company cannot be held accountable for any damages except for any disregard in the booking process.
  • If a customer faces any problem concerning the delivery of their vehicle, then their claims are inflicted towards the terms and conditions of the service providers.
  • Airport Parking Spaces is liable to customers for any negligence in the booking process in return for a cost limited to their total contract/booking charges.
